- I was actually surprised by the verdict. I had almost lost hope in humanity. I was very fearful for the precedent it would set for our society as a whole if he had been found innocent. Shame on MSN for keeping this story under wraps.

- This is not an issue about gun control. It is an issue about socialism failing the people. I would be willing to bet that most involved in these 20 incidents are recipients of welfare, many did not graduate from highschool, many come from single parent homes, etc.

- The problem with unions as I see it, is that they drive wages and benefits up beyond a companies ability to pay and compete. . . sending companies in search of overseas locations where they don't have to pay those high wages and benefits.

- whoa!! It is one thing to make choices for your child because you have seen the horrors in the o.r. However, to suggest that because I don't make my child wear a helmet at a skating rink somehow makes me a bad parent is definitely crossing a line.
- The laws for wearing seatbelts save lives. Proven fact! If your car would have flipped while you were running around in it as a young child, chances are you wouldn't be here posting. However, caution can be taken to extreme measures.
